How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:

- We'll process your refund within 5 business days
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund, though any feedback you'd like to share is always appreciated as it helps us improve.
After the 30-Day Period
While we don't typically provide refunds after the initial 30-day period, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you're experiencing issues with our service beyond the refund period, please contact us, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Please note that cancellation is separate from requesting a refund. If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund period, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, but previous charges will not be refunded.
